How to Use:
For babies 6 months and over:
Warm a small amount between your hands and massage gently onto your baby’s back, legs, and soles of feet using slow, soothing strokes. 
For adults:
Apply a small amount to wrists, temples, or chest and breathe deeply. Use throughout the day whenever you need a moment to reset, unwind, and feel grounded.
